If the product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if the order cannot be shipped due to policy changes, we will notify you via your registered email and issue a full refund within 3–5 business days. No additional compensation will be provided.

Product prices are as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Prices may vary due to promotions, exchange rate fluctuations, taxes, or fees. Once an order is placed, the price will not be adjusted.

Before shipment, you may request order cancellation. If canceled, the paid amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days via the original payment method. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is subject to the return/exchange rules outlined in these Terms.
3. Payment and Cross‑Border Shipping

You may complete payment through supported third‑party payment channels and must comply with the terms and conditions of those payment providers. We protect your payment information and do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payment security is ensured by third‑party payment processors.

Cross‑border shipping is provided by logistics partners. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days (excluding remote areas or customs delays). Actual delivery time depends on logistics tracking information. Shipping fees are based on order amount and destination; free shipping is subject to website announcements.

You must inspect the package at delivery. If you find damage to the outer packaging, discrepancies in quantity, or visible defects, please take photos on the spot and contact us via your registered email within 24 hours. Failure to provide timely and reasonable evidence will be considered as acceptance of the delivered goods and we will no longer accept related claims.

Cross‑border orders may incur customs duties, value‑added tax, or other charges, which are your responsibility. Final tax amounts are determined by local customs authorities.
4. Returns and Exchanges

We support a seven‑day unconditional return/exchange policy in accordance with applicable cross‑border e‑commerce regulations, except in the following cases: products that have been opened, worn, or used; packaging damaged or missing accessories not caused by us; custom‑made products; damage caused by improper personal use.

For quality issues (e.g., broken lenses, incorrect prescription, material defects, abnormal security codes), you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue. After verification, we will process the return/exchange and cover the round‑trip shipping cost.

For unconditional returns/exchanges, products must be unopened, intact, and complete with accessories. Return shipping costs are borne by you. Requests must be initiated within 7 days of receipt and the return shipment delivered to our designated warehouse within 30 days. Late submissions will be considered forfeited.

After verification, we will process refunds or replacements within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued based on the actual amount paid (excluding original shipping fees, except for quality issues).

You must follow the product instructions and proper care procedures, and regularly replace lenses and care supplies as instructed.

Our liability is limited to product quality issues. We are not responsible for subjective aesthetic outcomes, compatibility preferences, or non‑quality related dissatisfaction. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate style, prescription, and specifications according to your needs.
