Shipping destinations

FreshGo currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States. Available delivery options and final shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

Tracked Shipping is currently $2.99 for eligible U.S. orders. The estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

Tracking is included. When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates can take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. Keep all packaging and provide clear photos for damage claims.
